JOY tiny house

This 26x8.6 ft Tiny house finds its home on Vancouver Island (delivered August 2017).

*Salvaged: kitchen, solid oak floors/stairs, all wood windows, siding, pedestal vanity and fridge.

*New: Green corrogated siding, propane oven and hot water, seperette toilet, tub and wrapped in plywood interior walls ready for natural clay plaster.

This was an experiment in bringing the best price and finish to a large Tiny house.
